As a qualified Family Activity Supervisor, you will lead your team to deliver the children’s activities with structure and enthusiasm whilst encouraging the maximum participation of the children. Delivering the club's children’s activity programmes including: Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and children’s parties.

As a Family Activity Supervisor:
Be able to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy and demonstrate excellence in customer service
Ensuring that all services delivered to children meet all requirements of the Children's Safety Guide at all times
Have overall great communication and interaction skills
Bachelor's Degree (L-19) in Educational Sciences, with a specific curriculum for Early Childhood Education Services.
Single-cycle Master's Degree (LM-85 bis) in Primary Education Sciences, completed with the additional training pathway required by Italian legislation.
Qualifications recognised under transitional provisions:
L-19 Degree obtained by students enrolled before the 2018/2019 academic year.
Degree in Primary Education Sciences without the additional training pathway, where covered by transitional regulations.
Qualifications recognised under regional legislation and valid up to the 2021/2022 academic or school year.
In the Lombardy region, certain upper secondary school diplomas in socio-psycho-pedagogical studies, teacher training, or equivalent fields, recognised according to the date obtained and the applicable regulations.
