1.Process purchase orders and follow up deliveries
2.Source for new potential suppliers and negotiate rates
3.Monitor inventories and ensure they are kept at appropriate levels
4.Maintain and update supplier vendor list
5.Work towards department KPI’s
6.Work closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, R&D, Regulatory as required
7.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
8.Trouble shot all issues that may occur at any stage of the procurement process
9.Contract management
