Location: Aviano Air Base, Italy
Position: Part-Time
Duties:

Lead and direct the Catholic music program, including rehearsals and Masses, to create an engaging worship environment.

Provide music for two regular weekend services (Saturday evening and Sunday morning), one weekly rehearsal, and all holy days of obligation.

Collaborate with the Catholic priest in selecting and preparing music aligned with the liturgical calendar and scriptural themes.

Ensure the proper setup, use, and care of musical instruments and chapel equipment, returning all items to their designated places after use.
Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma; college degree or certificate in music or a related field is preferred.

At least two years of recent experience as a musician in a Catholic church or chapel.

Comprehensive understanding of Catholic Mass structure, traditions, and liturgical music, including both classical and contemporary hymns.

Proven ability to organize and work with individuals from various musical backgrounds.
