The opportunity
We are looking for an intern to support Service Project Managers in ensuring efficient and accurate execution of customer orders from entry to delivery, acting as a key interface between Sales, Operations, and Customers.
How you'll make an impact
Order Management
- Create, review, and manage customer orders in SAP
- Validate commercial terms (price, Incoterms, payment terms, delivery dates)
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of order data
Order Execution & Monitoring
- Track order progress from booking to invoicing and delivery
- Coordinate with supply chain, production, and logistics for timely execution
- Proactively communicate bottlenecks (availability, delays, discrepancies)
Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
- Act in collaboration with Project Manager for customers on order-related topics
- Support Sales with order status, backlog, and delivery commitments
- Collaborate with Finance on billing, credit checks, and disputes
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure correct documentation (order confirmations, shipping docs, invoices)
- Maintain compliance with internal controls (SOX) and company policies
- Support audits with required documentation and traceability
Reporting & Data Quality
- Monitor order backlog, delivery performance, and KPIs
- Maintain high data quality standards in systems

The minimum salary for this internship in the location specified is as follows:
