We are looking for a dedicated intern in our Lifestyle HR team, with specific activities in personnel management and recruiting for the Lifestyle Department population, with a particular focus on Retail.
You will cooperate in different activities, including:
- Administration and management of the employee life cycle: management of contract deadlines; probation periods, part-time contracts, and contract renewals; management of organizational changes and management of pre-hiring processes.
- Onboarding and training: organization of induction meetings for new hires and monitoring of mandatory training courses, including follow-ups and resolution of critical issues.
- Support the management of processes between Lifestyle HR and the Corporate HR function at Headquarters.
- Monitoring, analysis, and reporting: monitoring of the Performance & Feedback process; management of Clothing Allowance and monitoring of expense reports.
- Operational and employee support: management of Sales Incentive assignment letters; acting as an interface between Admin and employees; providing employees with information on welfare topics and use of portals.
Required profile
For this fundamental role in managing the HR activities, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Work Psychology, Economics, Law or Human Resources Management.
You will not only have a passion for Fashion and entertainment business, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.
The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Knowledge of AI tools is considered a plus.
Fluent English is required.
