Design and implement a comprehensive Protestant religious education program in partnership with the Protestant Chaplain.

Recruit, train, and oversee volunteer teachers and assistants.

Organize and lead Sunday School, youth ministry, Vacation Bible School (VBS), and seasonal programs such as Advent and Easter events.

Develop and distribute curriculum and learning materials for children, youth, and adults.

Plan special events such as retreats, discipleship training, and community outreach initiatives.

Maintain and update program records, registration lists, and volunteer schedules.

Bachelor's degree in education, theology, or a related field OR at least five years of experience leading a Protestant religious education program.

Strong organizational, leadership, and volunteer management skills.

Ability to work independently while coordinating with the Protestant Chaplain and chapel staff.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
