We are looking for a Customer and Channel Marketing Specialist who will engage and support National Sales Organization (NSO) on their marketing activities, planning and ensuring marketing strategies and actions are developed and delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a proper engagement of partners and customers in each channel.
- Working in close collaboration with sales team, the Customer & Channel Specialist is a field role, which spent at least 50% of the time in the Market Field Meeting Partner, Customers and Final Users.
- This role is the bridge between sales and marketing teams, having a clear understanding and awareness for each Partner and Customers of account plan (budget) and business results (actual), in order to proactively identify iniziatives to close the gap between account plan and business results and assure an healthy sell-out growht of the business in the specific channel.
- Reinforce the relationship with strategic partners through different engagement initiatives, assuring a proper transfer of the company strategy and storytelling, such as the Total Imaging Experience.
- Assure all the marketing activities for the specific channel are planned and executed properly, based on checklist that assure an excellent execution.
- Responsible of the implementation of the promotional campaigns defined by the Product Marketing team (on/offline assets, communication plan, distribution of marketing materials) and the related reports (data collection and cost control).
- Support marketing initiatives related to B2B partners (Media Corporate, Education, Government, Industrial).
Is in charge of the definition, management and monitoring of the marketing budget related to the account plans and trade marketing for the specific channel.

- The position is classified at level 2 of the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for employees of companies in the tertiary sector of distribution and services, CNEL code H011.
The gross annual salary for the role ranges between 35.000 and 40.000 euros.
The determination of the final starting salary within this range will be agreed upon taking into account the company’s organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective, gender-neutral criteria such as professional qualifications and experience, level of knowledge or skills held, as well as the scope and level of responsibility of the position offered.
Additional benefits and allowances may also be granted in accordance with applicable regulations, the relevant CCNL and the company policies and programs in force at the start date of employment.
