We are a unique art gallery located in one of the most historically rich and culturally significant neighborhoods in the world — the Jewish Ghetto of Venice (Ghetto di Venezia). We are seeking a talented professional to lead our gallery operations, drive sales, and connect our space with a diverse international audience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily gallery operations and ensure an exceptional visitor experience.
2. Drive gallery sales — artwork, editions, and related products.
3. Liaise with French-speaking clients.
Required Profile
Proven experience in gallery management or a similar art world role.
Strong marketing background — digital and traditional.
Demonstrated gallery sales experience with a track record of results.
Excellent French language skills (written and spoken) — mandatory.
Good command of English and ideally Italian.
Genuine passion for art and culture.
Familiarity with or strong interest in Jewish history and culture is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work on-site in Venice.
