What we are looking for:
The Corporate & Italy Treasury Specialist is responsible for coordinate and execute treasury operations across Corporate and Italian entity, ensuring accurate payments and treasury accounting activities being adherence to Global Treasury policy. The role coordinate liquidity activities, improvement in treasury system and supports compliance and audit requirements. In addition, the role support the Italy shop network in daily & routine activities as cash deposit, POS, payment cards & others. The Specialist will be inserted within the Global Treasury Team collaborating with finance, accounting, and banking partners to optimize treasury processes and contribute to operational excellence and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

Execute daily cash positioning, manage cash pooling structures, and monitor liquidity across Corporate & Italy.

Manage and coordinate payment cycle end‑to‑end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with authorization rules.

Supporting treasury accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, interest verification, accruals, and day-to-day banking operations (payments, bank statements, electronic banking).

Maintain operational relationships with banking partners and resolve daily issues.

Prepare short‑term (4 months) cash forecasts and analyze key drivers and variances.

Helping to improve treasury systems and technology platforms, supporting and coordinating system enhancements, process optimization, and automation initiatives (ERP, TMS, banking tools).

Manage treasury documentation, including bank accounts, bank guarantees, signatories, and short-term credit instruments.

Support Italy Shop network in the daily cash linked activities (as bank deposits, POS, payment cards)

Support compliance procedures, internal controls, and audit documentation.

Prepare treasury reporting for month‑end and year‑end closing cycles.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or master's degree in finance/economics/accounting.

min 2 yrs experience in structured treasury environments.

Knowledge of liquidity management, payment processes, and banking operations.

Proficiency with ERP systems, TMS, and banking platforms.

The knowing of Piteco is a plus.
- Advanced Excel.

Compensation & Benefits

Contractual Level: Employee (2) Level
Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time
The reference Gross Annual Salary is approximately in the range of €34.000 - €48.000. The actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and specific skills and knowledge and also to the educational background.
The position is also eligible for an annual Company bonus ('premio di risultato') linked to business performance, in line with Company policies.
