Knowledge: The Quality Trainer possesses expertise in materials, with a specialization in a specific area, has knowledge of quality methodologies (analysis, problem-solving, continuous improvement), and masters the tools.
Know-how/Practical Skills:
- Collect, analyze, and characterize material alerts.
- Transmit specific quality criteria to suppliers and controllers.
- Manage complex alert resolution projects in collaboration with suppliers, using the PQF.
- Facilitate coordination and resolution meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Calibrate and manage HUB controllers transversally.
- Ensure effective communication and proactive management of non-conformities to avoid disruptions in workshops.
