We are currently seeking a EMEA Technical Product Manager t o join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy!
The Technical Product Manager – Thermal Chain is responsible for owning and shaping the end to end thermal solution across the full lifecycle, from architectural definition and engineering feasibility to market enablement and adoption.
This role is critical in ensuring technical coherence, performance visibility, and alignment across product lines, regions, and business units, while enabling sales, solutions architects, and marketing teams to successfully position and sell integrated thermal solutions.
What kind of work will you be doing?
- Define and maintain engineering-level product and solution specifications, primarily but not limited to Technology Cooling Systems
- Be able to make engineering level preliminary evaluation at Thermal Chain solutions level.
- Sustain deep technical conversations at Thermal Chain level across the full thermal chain.
- Contribute to make/buy decisions, platform strategies, and roadmap technical alignment across BUs
- Bring working knowledge of HVAC control logic, software-enabled features, and coding concepts (PLC logic, BMS integration, algorithms preferred) to shape SOO to meet customer needs.
- Navigate and interpret Revit models and 3D layouts and draft preliminary solutions.
- Ability to make single line diagrams for preliminary solution proposals
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Technical Sales and Solutions Architects, especially during Early Quotation phases.
- Deliver technical demos, competitive comparisons, and solution positioning sessions.
- Capture and translate Voice of Customer (VOC) into an EMEA solution offering, working closely with Tech Sales and Solution Architects on one end (Market demand) and Global Business Units on the other end (Engineering/NPDI).
- Drive and support NPDI proposals based on market demand, technology readiness, and system constraints.
- Proven experience working with complex thermal or HVAC systems, ideally in data center or mission-critical environments
- Strong exposure to controls, software-enabled HVAC solutions, and system integration
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical depth into market-facing messaging
- Ability to navigate and interpret Revit models and 3D layouts
- Ensure all customer facing offering documentation and marketing collateral is available and accurate and specific for the region, country, and market segment.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, competitive comparisons and other sales enablement tools and collaterals.
- Develop and track metrics to measure post-launch sales performance of new offerings, including pipeline, quotation
Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop marketing programs

What will make you successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master Degree in engineering preferred
- 8+ years technical, product/service, strategic planning, marketing or directly related experience.
- Strong business acumen and act as a CEO
- Ability to quickly develop cross-functional relationships to achieve business objectives
- Technical expertise to translate customer needs/pain points to solutions
- Demonstrated competence in problem solving, data analysis, & project management
- Excellent communications skills – written & verbals
- High focus on customer needs
- Pipework engineering design experience preferred
- Able to combine long term and short-term goals by setting priorities
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization from entry level to executive
- Attitude to act as a leader in his/her role and with curiosity in all what’s new (market trends, new technologies, etc.)
- Language skills: fluent English written and verbal required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications. Revit,
Travel: Moderate (>30%)
