In just four years, we have opened over 200 stores, employ more than 5,800 #GreatPeople, and operate across 15 international markets, including Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain, and Austria. We are currently expanding our presence in Italy.
As we continue to grow and develop, we are looking for new talent to join our international team.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of store security and loss prevention
- Conduct internal and external investigations related to theft and security incidents
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems
- Cooperate with external security providers and coordinate security personnel
- Train employees in security awareness and loss prevention procedures
- Analyze reports and work closely with store management to minimize losses
- Prepare and maintain security documentation
- Cooperate with local law enforcement authorities when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience operating CCTV systems
- Experience handling theft- or incident-related situations in accordance with local regulations
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and remain disciplined
- Retail industry experience is considered an advantage
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
