As a Customer Service Management Specialist at INNIO you will build strong customer relationships, manage assigned service projects and contract execution, and support service business growth through commercial initiatives and KPI monitoring. Reporting to the Italian Customer Service Manager Leader, you will coordinate people, processes, and service quality to ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

Full ownership of Customer satisfaction in the proper portfolio

Ownership of the main financial KPI related to the assigned Customers: revenues, budget, productivity, past dues

Acting as main point of contact for customers regarding contractual agreements, claims, escalations

Ensuring effective feedback to any Customer requests

Leading the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements between Customers and the Italian Service organization

Collaborating with key stakeholders (Finance, Operation, Sales, Safety) to deliver seamless service and growth
Your Profile:

Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple stakeholders/customer events and activities simultaneously, and drive results independently

High orientation toward Customer satisfaction, coincided communication vs high management and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Data Analysis/Management and ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems focused on digital and AI

University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline

1/3 years of experience in a structured, process-driven organization

Fluent in English (spoken and written) – essential, Fluent in German is a plus
“The gross annual salary for this position starts at EUR 30,000, in accordance with the pay scale set forth in the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry, Level C1 for clerical staff. The actual salary offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, taking into account relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.”
