In 2020, the restaurant reopened in a modern new building on the Maasboulevard, offering a beautiful view of the Maas River. The restaurant is known for its quality, hospitality, and well-organized professional kitchen.

Responsibilities
- Independently prepare ingredients and dishes
- Apply basic and advanced cooking techniques
- Contribute ideas for menu composition and improvements
- Manage stock and place orders
- Provide guidance to kitchen assistants
- Work under the supervision of the Head Chef
Job Requirements
- MBO level 3 working and thinking level (vocational education)
- Proven knowledge of cooking techniques
- Proficiency in Dutch or English
Employment Conditions
- Salary: €2,505.04 – €3,032.79 gross per month (based on 38 hours per week, according to the Horeca CAO)
- Pension scheme

- Participation in tip distribution
