Personal secretary/ Assistant
Must know basic English.
We are looking for a personal secretary for our business, the work hours are flexible with good pay rates.
The work activities are as follows:
- Helping the business manager with day to day office works including payroll processing.
- Making phone calls and sending emails as required
- providing Italian to English translation as and when required
- Attending business meetings with the Director as and when required
The work is carried out at different locations across the city of Milan as required by the business, so the interested candidates must be willing to work at different locations when required.
Note: To be successful in this role, you must have basic knowledge of English language , for both speaking & listening.
