We are looking for a key figure to drive the evolution of payroll and HR Administration processes within an international, fast-paced and growing environment (e-commerce + retail).
This is not just an operational role: it’s an opportunity to transform payroll, making it more digital, efficient and scalable.
What you’ll do
Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll (Italy, Switzerland, France, UK, USA, Netherlands), coordinating local providers and ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness
Lead process transformation, reducing manual activities and introducing automation and digital solutions (including AI tools)
Improve workflows, systems and data quality, working closely with People, Finance and internal stakeholders
Coordinate the payroll team, supporting their growth, autonomy and ability to handle complex cases
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on payroll and administrative topics
Strengthen controls, compliance and personnel cost analysis
Who we’re looking for
A professional with solid payroll expertise and a strong continuous improvement mindset, able to operate with autonomy in complex, international environments.

Strong analytical skills, accuracy and big-picture thinking
Innovative mindset with a focus on efficiency
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Advanced Excel skills
Italian native and good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
Interest in digitalization and the use of AI in HR processes
Experience with HR/Payroll systems
