IT Consultant:
TXT e-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for IT Consultant to join a highly innovative and structured environment in the Aerospace sector.
The resources will be responsible for managing and supporting workplace environments, ensuring operational continuity and providing technical assistance to end users.
Main responsibilities:
Management and maintenance of workstations (PCs, laptops, peripherals)
Installation, configuration and updating of operating systems and corporate software
User support both on-site and remotely
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Management of requests through ITSM ticketing systems.
Required technical skills:
Experience in IT support / workplace management roles
Knowledge of Windows systems in enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 Enterprise
Basic knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft 365
Experience with ITSM ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira)
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP)
