The Manufacturing Engineering Technician supports both the Engineering team and the Production floor. This role is ideal for experienced operators who want to move into a more technical position.
The technician helps run engineering trials, collects production data, and supports process and equipment improvements.
Below the main responsibilities:
- Support engineering trials: assist engineers with product, process, and equipment tests on the production line.
- Collect production data: record key information such as cycle times, yields, and process settings during production runs and trials.
- Monitor processes: observe daily production activities to identify issues, delays, or abnormal conditions, and report findings to engineers or supervisors.
- Support equipment activities: help with the setup, testing, and validation of new equipment or equipment changes.
- Maintain cocumentation: accurately document trial results, observations, and production data following standard procedures.
Working hours: shift-based schedule, aligned with production operations.
