At Elica, we believe that talent deserves time, trust and investment. That’s why the Elica Start Program has been designed as an 18-month journey to help you learn, grow and progressively become part of our organization.
The experience begins with a 6-month extracurricular internship, continues with a 12-month fixed-term contract, and is designed with a long-term perspective in mind. Because for us, investing in early careers means creating real opportunities for the future.
To make this journey easier and let you focus on your growth, we provide two compensation options: €900 net/month with free access to the company canteen, or €600 net/month with shared accommodation and free company canteen access, plus an employee discount platform with perks and offers.

Selection process
The selection process is designed to be clear and transparent. It typically begins with an initial CV screening. Candidates who receive positive feedback at this stage will proceed to a first interview with the Hiring Manager and/or the HR team. Following a positive outcome from the first interview, selected candidates will then be invited to a second interview round.
Feedback is provided throughout the process to ensure clarity and alignment at every stage. Candidates who may not meet every requirement but demonstrate strong motivation and potential are encouraged to apply.
