A Production Operator (Operatore di Produzione) is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that goods are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. This role is common in manufacturing, automotive, food production, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and industrial companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment.
- Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Follow production instructions, technical drawings, and work procedures.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Identify and report machine issues, defects, or production problems.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform routine machine adjustments and basic maintenance.
- Record production data, quantities, and quality results.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Work with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or factory environments is preferred.
- Ability to operate industrial equipment and tools.
