Job Description

Ensure successful project delivery with a strong focus on quality, schedule adherence, and resource planning.

Take full ownership of technical and organizational decisions within the Layout & Piping discipline.

Lead and empower a dynamic engineering team dedicated to Layout & Piping activities.

Coach, motivate, and develop team members, defining clear growth paths and fostering accountability.

Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development across the team.

Build and maintain a high-performing, expert, and sustainable engineering organization
Qualifications
-
Over 15 years of strong expertise in piping engineering and more than 5 years of experience managing Layout and Piping departments, including layout design and planning, material selection, pipe supports, and flexibility/stress analysis.

Strong experience in managing pipe classes and valves, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance, and high engineering standards.

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage conflicts constructively and mentor team members to strengthen overall team capabilities.

Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach.

Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and ability to build strong professional relationships.

Fluency in English and Italian required.

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 77000 EUR/year
This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
