JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities, develop new markets, and spearhead sales and business strategies to increase sales and customer acquisition in your designated territory.
- Build Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in both local and regional markets.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market and competitor information to inform strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with management to plan and review business strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
- Sales Conversion: Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing deals.
- Product Introduction & Promotion: Partner with Product Management and Marketing teams to introduce and promote new products in your region.
- Marketing & Event Support: Participate in and support marketing activities such as trade shows and campaigns.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing experience in industrial products, preferably with experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Highly organized and motivated with a strong outgoing personality
- Strong business acumen and resourcefulness with business and online tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to travel as required
- Regional experience in Europe is a plus

Pay: €40,000.00 - €60,000.00 per year
