ProductLife Group is looking for a Project Manager- Works & Construction to join our dynamic engineering team to contribute to the activities performed in the Hub:
Role and Responsibilities:
Project Management
Conceptual Design
Design Coordination
Building construction
Planning, coordination and control of all construction activities
Management of timelines, costs, and resources efficiently
Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
Coordination of teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Monitoring project progress, risks, and issues resolution
Management of contracts, procurement, and documentation
Education and Experience:
Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial)
5+ years of experience in engineering and construction projects, preferably within pharmaceutical sector
Design coordination and project execution
Building construction/validation
Equipment qualification
Proven experience in managing construction or works projects
Experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Hands-on experience in site supervision and contractor coordination
Experience in contract administration and procurement
Knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental standards
Experience working with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Language:
Fluent in English and Italian
Technical Skills:
Pharmaceutical Building Construction
HVAC systems design and vaidation
Construction project planning and scheduling
Work site management
Project management
Budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
Knowledge of construction methods and materials
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance
