- $180,000 - $200,000 per annum
$180 - $200K Base + Bonus + Equity
Responsibilities:
- Own, oversee and improve the entire transmission and interconnection process of the organization.
- Evaluate potential sites through technical and grid capacity assessments.
- Build tools and processes that streamline technical diligence.
- Translate engineering constraints into clear guidance for development and commercial teams.
- Coordinate with utilities, ISOs, and external partners to advance projects.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in interconnection, transmission planning or power systems engineering for large-scale power generation projects.
- Bachelors degree in electrical, power systems engineering or other relevant fields.
- Proficiency with modeling and design tools (AutoCAD, GIS etc.).
- Strong understanding of interconnection processes and utility/ISO coordination.
