What will you do?
The Talent & Content Manager will manage relationships with Italy’s most prominent creators, whom we represent exclusively, driving their growth through a dual-approach strategy: creating and developing new assets (business development) and maximizing their monetization.
This person will orchestrate and monetize these assets across a wide range of channels, coordinating digital branded content (with a strong focus on social media), TV shows, licensing and product developments, and editorial projects.
This person will act as the main point of contact between talents, brands, agencies, and internal teams.
The role will also oversee project timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution from briefing to reporting, collaborating closely with the sales team to develop integrated brand partnerships
Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with talents, creators and influencers.
- Coordinate talent campaigns from briefing to execution and reporting.
- Support the development of branded content and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact between talents, clients and internal teams.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations.
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new talent profiles aligned with the company strategy.
- Collaborate closely with sales, creative and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, creator economy developments and digital culture.
- Build strong long-term relationships with talents and partners in the Italian market.
What are we looking for?

Around 3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, media, digital advertising or related fields.
- Experience managing top-profile influencers/creators under exclusive representation, with a proven track record in cross-media monetization (social, TV, licensing, or editorial).
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Organized profile with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, creator economy and digital trends.
- Proactive attitude, team spirit and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Italian native level and professional English proficiency.
- Experience in agencies, media companies, talent agencies or digital environments will be highly valued.
