The B2B Sales Strategy Manager is a key role within the Supply Business Unit at BestSecret SE. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, this position is responsible for driving the professionalization and struc-tural development of our off-price B2B sales organization.
The role focuses on elevating and standardizing brand interactions—particularly with strategic partners—while building the processes, tools, and methodologies that enable a high-performing, scalable B2B sales team.
Success requires close collaboration with the Chief Sales Officer, the Leaders & Buyers team, senior leader-ship, and operational units to ensure a consistent, data-driven, and professional approach to all B2B com-mercial activities.
Your Responsibilities:
B2B Interactions & Methodology, & Execution
- Ensure all partner interactions meet a high standard of quality, clarity, and strategic intent.
- Enable relationship-building meetings and business meetings with a consistent, professional sales methodology.
- Monitor execution quality and identify opportunities to strengthen processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Act as a central point of coordination to ensure strategic priorities translate into operational excel-lence.
- Introduce and reinforce best-practice processes across the B2B sales team.
Strategic Partner (P1) Engagement
- Participate in strategic meeting planning for Priority 1 partners and ensure alignment with our com-mercial objectives.
- Support expert teams with structured preparation, performance reporting, and follow-up for key partner meetings.
- Elevate the professionalism and consistency of how we engage with our most important brands.
Sales Tools & Enablement
- Ensure all teams have access to the right sales tools, templates, dashboards, and materials.
- Drive the development and adoption of standardized sales enablement assets.
- Identify gaps in tooling and propose improvements to enhance team performance.
Business Pipeline Management
- Support the structuring, tracking, and reporting of the B2B business pipeline (hunting of new brands, selling of new services to existing partners).
- Ensure pipeline visibility, accuracy, and consistency across teams.
- Contribute to forecasting and performance reviews to support sustainable growth
Your Qualifications:
- At least four years of experience in relevant roles, ideally in top-tier strategy consulting or a fast-growing start-up/scale-up.
- Demonstrated experience with cross-functional initiatives and managing complex strategic projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, paired with structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively in English.
- Experience in fashion or e-commerce is a plus
