General Profile:
This role requires solid knowledge and technical expertise in mechanical and pneumatic systems . The position acts as a key interface between Engineering and Manufacturing, with a strong focus on failure analysis, root cause investigation, and process improvement.
The role focuses on applying established procedures to solve problems while developing engineering knowledge and solutions in a high-tech environment.
Role Responsibilities:
Determine root causes and corrective actions for issues that arise during assembly or system testing; perform Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis;
Develop and maintain all methods, operating sequences, and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies;
Conduct customer demos by testing different components to demonstrate performance and functionality;
Use basic engineering and design for excellence (DFx) principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing and/or product costs, and to improve product quality ;
Develop and use test procedures, evaluate test results, and evaluate work methods, procedures, and policies ;
Determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements ;
Ensure the delivery of clear, accurate documentation and reports to internal and external stakeholders;
Work with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and new products;
Support manufacturing, testing, and repair activities in a global and cross-functional environment, contributing to product quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

Salary Range:
€38.400,00 - €52.800,00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
