- Development and implementation of the marketing strategy in line with our brand values
- Ongoing brand management and creative development of AMA Stay across all channels
- Responsibility for the website, social media, newsletters and booking platforms
- Planning and execution of campaigns, promotions and offers to increase revenue
- Editorial management and coordination of the seasonal AMA Stay magazine (AMAgazine)
- Content production in collaboration with agencies, creators and partners
- Analysis of target groups, booking data and market trends, deriving actionable insights
- Further development of PR activities, partnerships and influencer campaigns
- Support in pricing strategy and offer structure (Revenue Management)
- Conceptualization and execution of events, community formats and special campaigns
- Close, project-based collaboration with all departments (e.g. reception, F&B, events)
- Use of modern marketing tools, CRM systems and performance channels
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in tourism or hospitality
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media and performance campaigns
- Structured working style, strong project management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident use of tools such as Google, Meta, Canva, CMS and booking systems
- Fluent in German, Italian and English
- Strong sense for brand development, design and storytelling
- High level of autonomy, creativity and passion for hospitality
