Covering the position of Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for recruitment end to end and will independently manage the full selection process: collection of business needs and kick-off meeting, advertisement of the vacancy, CV screening, interviews, candidates’ assessment and feedback.
Step by step, you will guarantee a transparent, effective, consistent, structured, and fully digitalized process, in compliance with GDPR regulations.
As the point of reference for the recruitment journey, you will interact with different stakeholders, partnering with colleagues and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Moreover, you will be an active contributor to the recruitment digital transformation by taking care of digital data quality and KPIs analysis, enabling the continuous improvement of our processes.
Employer Branding is part of the Team scope, too. We will organise and participate to Career Days, Job Fairs and events, partnering with universities. We will also work on reinforcing our reputation and talent attraction on the market through effective communication on our main channels.
