HR Recruiter Specialist(protected category under Law 68/99):
TXT Group is looking for an HR Recruiter (Law 68/99 protected category) to join the group company TXT e-Tech
Main Responsibilities:
Support in the definition and posting of new job openings, with publication across various social media channels;
Screening of resumes and evaluation of profiles in line with company needs;
Active search through various available channels to support the team's requirements;
Candidate contact for interview scheduling and phone pre-interviews;
Data entry and updates in the company database;
Support in optimizing and managing administrative documentation.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
Good command of the English language;
High school diploma or university degree in humanities/sciences or a Master's degree in Human Resources.

The contract offered for this position is permanent, and the expected salary for this position is between €29,000 and €33,000 gross per year.
The classification will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
