Your team
The Omnichannel Acquisition team’s mission is to maximize the value of affiliation and acquisition by managing the full process end-to-end, strengthening omnichannel partnerships and leveraging Programmatic, SEO/ ASO to drive performance and conversion.
What you'll do
Own and drive the overall Affiliation strategy, ensuring continuous optimization and alignment with business objectives
Build, develop, and strengthen strategic relationships with key affiliate partners to maximize long-term value
Define commercial frameworks, including deals, incentives, and growth initiatives, to scale channel performance
Lead the identification, acquisition, and onboarding of high-potential affiliate partners to expand and diversify the network
Set and execute the development strategy for mid- and low-value affiliates, driving portfolio growth and efficiency
Oversee and support top-tier affiliates in structuring secure, compliant, and high-impact commercial agreements
Provide strategic direction and ongoing support to partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices
Lead performance management of the Affiliation channel through KPI tracking, forecasting, and ROI analysis, translating insights into actionable strategies
Own and manage the Affiliation budget, optimizing allocation to maximize return and support growth targets
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 resources, fostering performance, accountability, and professional growth
What you’ll bring:
At least 5 years of experience in similar role, with proven knowledge of managing and developing affiliation programs.
Strong knowledge of affiliation landscape.
Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in performance monitoring and budget support.
Strong relationships skills, to improve or establish better communication with partners.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
A proactive, flexible, collaborative and communicative approach.
Knowledge of how to manage people and how to work in team.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex environments, collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments to achieve shared business objectives and drive integrated outcomes.

Base pay hiring range for this role in Italy - Milan, Rome : €53 .000- €69.000 gross per year,under the CCNL Commercio collective agreement, level Quadro.
