About The Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Pastry Chef de Partie / Pastry Chef to join the opening team of a new Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Milan.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with passion, creativity, and strong attention to detail to help shape the pastry section from the beginning. The ideal candidate will be confident working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will bring precision, consistency, and care to every dessert.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality desserts, pastries, and related mise en place.
- Support the development of a refined Mediterranean-inspired dessert offering.
- Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, organization, and cleanliness.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team during preparation and service.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every plate.
- Help manage stock, ordering, and waste control within the pastry section.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, techniques, and presentation.
- Passion for Mediterranean flavors, seasonal produce, and elegant simplicity.
- Ability to work calmly and professionally in a busy kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Based in Milan or able to commute reliably.

Pay: €25,000.00 - €30,000.00 per year
