INTERNSHIP TRACK – DEMAND PLANNING
Support demand forecasting activities using historical sales data and market insights
Analyze demand trends, seasonality, and variances to support forecast accuracy
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams during planning cycles
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and planning review materials
Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in forecasting and planning processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and data quality enhancement
What you must‑have
Final‑year student or recent graduate in Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields
Availability for a full‑time and on site internship
Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
Strong analytical mindset and interest in working with data
Good Excel skills (data structuring, formulas, basic analysis)
Structured thinking with strong attention to detail
Problem‑solving attitude and logical approach
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams
Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, multinational environment
Nice if you have
Interest in or basic knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain processes
Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, or reporting tools
Interest in AI‑supported analytics or forecasting tools
Exposure to ERP or planning systems (e.g. SAP – academic or internship experience)
Knowledge of Power BI, Excel Power Query, or similar tools
Ability to prepare clear presentations for business reviews
Previous university project, thesis, or internship involving data analysis
Korean language skills
International study or exchange experience
