Opportunity summary:
Burger King Restaurants Italia (part of QSRP – www.qsrp.com) is offering an internship opportunity within its Finance – Accounting team in Milan. This role is designed for Bachelor’s or Master’s students/graduates (also open to undergraduate students eligible for curricular internship) with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, interested in understanding how accounting processes support business operations in a structured and fast-moving environment.
You will support the team in managing store accounting and administrative activities, working on daily sales checks, invoicing flows and financial data accuracy across a nationwide network of restaurants . From verifying transactions and correcting inconsistencies to supporting invoice registration and bank reconciliations, your work will contribute to ensuring that financial data is complete, accurate and properly recorded.
You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to real business processes and timelines, collaborating with different stakeholders and supporting the Finance team in maintaining reliable and structured accounting information .
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields (open to undergraduate students for curricular internship), basic knowledge of accounting principles, good command of English, and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Analytical mindset, precision and willingness to learn are key.
Internship conditions: curricular or extracurricular internship, full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote), based in Assago (MI).

You will support the Finance team in Store Accounting and Administration, ensuring that financial data is accurate, complete and properly recorded.
- Perform daily sales checks, correct errors and post accounting entries
- Manage and verify invoices issued by stores
- Issue missing invoices through SDI
- Create and maintain company master data
- Register invoices in the accounting system
- Support bank reconciliations
