Junior HR Consultant - Multinational IT/Consulting Corporation
Role Summary
The Junior HR Consultant supports HR teams and business stakeholders by contributing to HR initiatives, coordination activities, and process support, acting as a liaison between HR functions and the business.
The role is non‑operative, with a focus on communication, coordination, analysis support, and ownership of assigned topics, rather than transactional HR processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR consultants and HR business stakeholders in people‑related initiatives, programs, and internal processes
- Act as a coordination point between HR, business teams, and other corporate functions
- Contribute to the preparation of HR materials, presentations, reports, and communications
- Support analysis and consolidation of information related to workforce topics, HR processes, or internal initiatives
- Participate in meetings, capture actions, follow up on agreed next steps, and ensure progress tracking
- Provide professional communication in multilingual environments, supporting international stakeholders
Note: This role does not include operational HR administration, payroll processing, data entry, or ticket‑based execution.

Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- 0–3 years of experience in HR support, consulting support, operations, or corporate functions
- Prior exposure to HR environments or consulting setups is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €22,000.00 - €28,000.00 per year
