The Role
We are looking for a Travel Experience Sales Specialist to join our Sales Team at our Office.
This is an opportunity for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused professional who enjoys meeting international travelers, building relationships, and helping guests discover the best experiences Rome has to offer.
As a key member of our team, you will represent the Crown Tours brand, create meaningful connections with customers, and guide them toward experiences that perfectly match their interests.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist international customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable tours and experiences.
- Present and promote our products through a consultative sales approach.
- Create positive and memorable interactions with travelers.
- Manage bookings and payments through internal systems.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent English is required (additional languages are a strong advantage).
- Previous experience in sales, tourism, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and proactive personality.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build relationships quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
