The ideal candidate will support new product development activities by assisting in project coordination and contributing to the achievement of timelines, quality standards, and business objectives and will assist Product Specialists and Product Managers throughout the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting the preparation of samples and materials for trade shows, customer presentations, and commercial events.
Reporting to the NPD Manager, the successful candidate will support the team in the following activities:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of assigned product development projects, contributing to the achievement of project timelines, quality standards, and key milestones.
- Support the preparation of product samples requested by the Marketing and New Product Development (NPD) teams.
- Assist in monitoring internal production and purchase orders related to product development activities.
- Support the release of textures and samples for trade shows and commercial events, in coordination with the Sampling Hub.
- Assist in managing internal coding requests for the issuance of internal and external orders.
- Enter and monitor internal requests related to industrialization, sampling, compatibility testing, packaging research, and Technology & Process (T&P) activities.
- Support the Product Specialist/Manager in product development activities, contributing to the monitoring of project progress throughout the different development phases.
- Participate in product performance evaluations by collecting feedback and supporting follow-up activities.
- Assist the Product Specialist/Manager in defining color ranges and formulations.
- Support the Area Manager in benchmarking and market analysis activities, contributing to the identification of opportunities within the Chromavis product portfolio.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sampling, Industrialization, Packaging, Research & Development (R&D), and Technology & Process (T&P) teams to ensure the smooth execution of product development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, or an equivalent field.
- Good knowledge of English; knowledge of French will be a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
