To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operator who will be part of our Logistic Department, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of material flows to support production and engineering activities.
The role requires availability for shift work when needed, to support operational continuity and respond to evolving production needs.

DUTIES
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production and engineering operations. Reporting directly to the Logistics Leader, you will provide support for the physical and IT management of materials and oversee the entire process, from receiving incoming goods to supplying materials to production lines in cleanrooms and laboratories.
The activities will include (but are not limited to):
- Receiving incoming goods, verifying their compliance with delivery documents and checking packaging integrity;
- Managing the correct storage of materials, including sensitive electronic components and mechanical parts, in compliance with safety standards and internal guidelines;
- Performing picking and kitting activities to supply production lines (clean rooms and laboratories), ensuring accuracy and traceability;
- Recording all warehouse transactions (incoming, outgoing, transfers) in the ERP system (SAP B1) with timeliness and precision;
- Handling outbound shipments, including proper packing and preparation of shipping documentation;
- Supporting periodic and cycle inventory activities to ensure alignment between physical stock and system data;
- Maintaining order, cleanliness, and organization of working areas according to 5S methodology;
- Ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations and procedures.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Technical High School Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent technical experience;
- At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and material handling processes, preferably gained within structured organizations or high-tech industries (such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals etc);
- Good familiarity with Microsoft Office tools;
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, particularly when handling high-value and sensitive materials;
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage workload peaks effectively and maintain focus under pressure;
- Good written and oral communication skills in English;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
- Previous experience in aerospace, defense or advanced industrial environments will be considered as a plus;
- Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures for sensitive components;
- Valid forklift license;
- Previous experience with ERP systems in logistics environments.

Salary range: 25.000€ to 28.000€
