A Customer Service Representative (Addetto/a al Servizio Clienti) is responsible for providing excellent customer support by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet individual and team performance goals, including response times and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and operational procedures.
- Promote a positive and professional image of the company at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not always required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude.
