Role mission:
As an Area Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to contribute to the development of our Vacuum Conveying Division.
Key responsibilities:-
Sales management: Manage and maximize sales within the assigned geographic area.

Order generation: Drive order generation through proactive sales activities.

Customer engagement: Conduct regular customer visits and identify business opportunities.

Sales documentation: Maintain records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with application engineers to provide customers with optimal solutions.

Event participation: Take part in company events and trade fairs.

Sales analysis: Analyze and report on regional sales performance.
Preferred competencies:-
Strong sales skills with a proven track record.

In-depth knowledge of the market and industry trends.

Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.

Optimism and resilience: Maintaining a positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.

Language skills: Good command of English.
Experience and education:-
University degree in a technical field (preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics or related disciplines).

3–5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
