Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, financial performance, and operational challenges.
- Conduct research, gather data, and evaluate industry trends.
- Develop strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases for clients and stakeholders.
- Support organizational change initiatives and transformation projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with executives and department managers.
- Monitor project outcomes and recommend continuous improvements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing advisory support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage.
- Proven experience in consulting, business analysis, project management, or corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
