We are looking for a Driveline Test Engineer to join our team and support an important customer. The activity includes:

Collect reliable information from skilled colleagues for each required test to prepare new activities with the state-of-the-art methods for the company

Plan, direct, set-up, operate, diagnose, and monitor driveline component and integrated vehicle systems tests and evaluations in laboratory, track or field environments

Determine required test instrumentation, data acquisition and test control equipment

Provide direction to lab staff as well as hands on involvement in the installation, set-up, and operation of test automation, instrumentation, data acquisition and support equipment required to perform tests

Establish, follow, and document lab test procedures

Diagnose problems to determine and implement corrective action

Interface effectively with support groups and customers, such as Design Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.

Collect and analyze test data, use test data to identify trends, problems.

Communicate data with others effectively; write formal, technical test reports
-
Assure that tests are correctly scheduled and completed for each project milestone

Understand the priorities among the different test required and plan the tests accordingly.

Deal with Test Cell Engineers to obtain test room availability with the correct timing.

Technical University Graduation (Mechanical Engineering or similar)

1+ years of experience working

Interest in agricultural vehicles

Good computer skills with Word, Excel, MS Office suite

Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

Teams working attitude and sharing of knowledges

Specific skills in testing
-
Available to travel off-shore (India, Brazil, US, etc.) for short periods (1-2 weeks)

Good knowledge of English and Italian language
