We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to understand customer needs and close deals effectively. This role requires proactive outreach, relationship building, and a strong focus on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions for our certification and training programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that generate leads and boost brand awareness.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback from clients to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
