A Customer Service Representative (Addetto/a al Servizio Clienti) is responsible for providing excellent support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They serve as the primary point of contact through phone, email, live chat, or in person, assisting customers with products, services, orders, and general information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and service requests efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company's CRM or database.
- Provide clear information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet customer service performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative support is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
