For our Milan office, we are currently seeking a BIM Specialist.
Required Profile
- Degree in Building Engineering–Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience
Experience in detailed design and construction documentation for building projects
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Have a solid understanding of BIM methodologies, including both strategic and operational aspects
- Possess a good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- Have experience with clash detection, 4D planning, and 5D cost management workflows, preferably using Autodesk software solutions
- Are proficient in drafting and modelling software, including AutoCAD 2D/3D
- Have a good command of standard IT tools, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite
- Thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary team environments
- Have experience in executive and/or construction-stage design, including quantity take-offs and permitting procedures
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop your skills
- Have a good command of both English and Italian languages
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Have a solid technical foundation in architectural and building design
Preferred Qualifications
- BIM Specialist certification issued by ICMQ or equivalent certification body
- Advanced training courses or specialization programs in BIM methodologies
Some of your responsibilities within our team:
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary design teams, under the guidance of senior professionals during the onboarding period
- Developing, managing, and updating BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Producing technical drawings and supporting the coordination of model information in collaboration with BIM Coordinators
- Working closely with BIM Coordinators, Senior Designers, and Project Managers
- Critically evaluating and analysing design solutions based on project requirements and team objectives
