The position includes a permanent contract and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €35,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above. In accordance with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a component of direct contribution to project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit.
