About the Role
The selected candidate have the responsability of Plant QHSE Manager and Safety Manager (RSPP), ensuring the integrated management of Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental processes.
The role will work closely with Management, company functions, and the Group QHSE network, ensuring compliance with Coesia policies, legal requirements, and applicable ISO standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with applicable QHSE legal, regulatory, corporate, and ISO requirements, maintaining and continuously improving the related management systems, procedures, and operational controls.
- Support Management in defining and deploying QHSE policies, strategies, programs, and improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives and Group guidelines.
- Lead internal, certification, customer, and workplace audits and inspections, ensuring effective closure of findings and continuous improvement actions.
- Manage quality, product, and process non-conformities, incidents, injuries, near misses, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions, promoting root cause analysis and risk prevention.
- Support business functions in identifying and managing QHSE risks related to operations, projects, organizational changes, ergonomics, contractor activities, and environmental aspects.
- Coordinate occupational health surveillance activities, including medical examinations, operational planning, and follow-up actions in collaboration with the Occupational Health Physician.
- Monitor, analyze, and report QHSE performance indicators, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the main interface with authorities, certification bodies, consultants, and the Group QHSE network, while ensuring environmental compliance, including permits, reporting, pollution prevention, resource efficiency, and waste management activities.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Degree in Engineering, Technical or Scientific disciplines, or an equivalent educational background; specialization in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Environmental Engineering, or Occupational Safety is preferred.
- Significant experience in QHSE/HSE roles within manufacturing environments, with strong knowledge of Italian occupational health and safety and environmental legislation, quality management systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, including audit processes, non-conformity management and continuous improvement methodologies, internal audit or lead auditor certification is preferred.
- Nice to have qualification as RSPP.
- Good command of spoken and written English, enabling effective interaction with international stakeholders.
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different organizational levels, functions and international teams.
- Structured, analytical and proactive mindset, with the ability to translate data and KPIs into improvement actions while managing priorities, risks and multiple stakeholders.

Our Offer
Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 49.600 , in line with experience.
The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
The compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual bonus, which can reach 12% of base salary at target.
A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy. The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
