Kitchen hygiene: You are responsible for operating dishwashers and hand-washing pots, pans and cutlery. You also ensure that all kitchen areas (floors, surfaces, equipment) are spotlessly clean and hygienic.
Support in kitchen operations: You will actively assist with receiving and organising deliveries, the correct storage of food, and the disposal of kitchen waste.
Team player: You will work closely with our chefs and the entire kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Compliance with standards: You will follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to guarantee a safe and clean working environment.
Terms and conditions in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement for Tourism (CCNL Turismo).
Fixed working hours: 40-hour week over a 6-day week.

Experience: You have some initial practical experience in a kitchen or in stewarding. More important to us than formal training are your reliability, your commitment and your understanding of cleanliness and tidiness.
Kitchen skills: You have a good understanding of hygiene and food safety (knowledge of HACCP is a plus).
Team spirit: You are a true team player who works well with others and keeps a cool head even in hectic situations.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Good knowledge of Italian; other languages are an advantage but not essential
