Role Overview
Ensures continuity, security, and performance of local IT environments across Italy CPS sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd-level support and maintain IT performance.
- Supervise local infrastructure: LAN/WAN, servers, endpoints, Active Directory/Azure.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, software licensing, and corporate standards.
- Support cloud adoption initiatives (Move-to-Cloud, M365, AWS).
- Coordinate with local vendors and contribute to IT budget control.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Occasionally work on IT Local reporting activities, ensuring high-quality dashboards and reports for IT management.
- Analyse IT Local performance trends (tickets, infrastructure health, incidents) and propose improvement actions.
- Support the Area IT Leader with data-driven decision-making, KPI tracking, and monthly operational reviews.
Project Management:
- Actively participate in regional and corporate IT projects, including cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate local implementation tasks with business users, vendors, and Area IT teams.
- Contribute to project documentation, planning, and progress tracking.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in IT/IT Support.
- Good experience with Windows, networking, servers, AD/Azure AD, Intune, M365, Reporting & Data Analytics tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, Cloud technologies (M365 – AWS).
- Fluent English; IT certifications preferred; availability to travel.
Soft Skills:
- Customer oriented, proactive, structured, good communication.
- Ability to work with international/remote teams.
Work Conditions:
Office-based (Campi Bisenzio (FI)- Italy), occasional travel in Italy or South East Europe, depending on organisational needs.
