- Manage support teams, escalation handling, and system issue resolution
- Monitor service performance, operational KPIs, and response times
- Coordinate with infrastructure and technical operations teams
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support or technical operations management
- Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and service management processes
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
